What is the Need of OSHA in the Workplace

OSHA was first established to encourage workers and employers to minimize and eliminate workplace hazards. It is recommended for both parties to fully cooperate in order to establish a good set of workplace safety standards. OSHA also organizes training programs for all sorts of occupational safety and health hazards. OSHA is always on the lookout for new approaches to tackling workplace safety issues.
